Is Google Going Buddhist With The Nexus One?

As originally reported by Reuters last week, the Nexus One from Google will censor your bad language when using it’s dictation feature to fill in text fields.

I can’t help but notice and point out that this falls squarely in line with the Fourth Precept: “I undertake to abstain from false speech.”

So now I am forced to ponder, is Google going Buddhist? Perhaps, they’ve always been.
