Syracuse at Night - Cmas 2014

Post date: Dec 10, 2014 2:29:10 AM

I was invited by fellow photographer and instructor Scott Thomas (http://viewsinfinitum.com/) to walk around downtown Syracuse and capture some of the lighting displays and new building illumination the city had in place. It was cold, but sadly absent of snow as the expected big storm had not arrived yet. However, we had a great time despite a minor malfunction with Scott's gear and it's always fun to shoot with friends. Here are a few of my favorite shots - enjoy!

City Hall, sporting its normal hue of green and some lighted holiday garland.

City Hall steps and entrance.

The Key Bank building with alternating red and green up-lights.

Onondaga Tower with the most recent illumination treatment in downtown Syracuse.

The front of the Landmark Theatre, where each window display depicted a scene from "Twas the Night Before Christmas".

Happy Shooting and Happy Holidays!
