New approach to Grad school

In these very hot summer weeks, I've found myself struggling with my next class assignments. I think the struggle sprouts from my past experiences as a student, where I was actively given lessons by someone in a teaching role. Since my grad school classes are online and nearly 100% self-paced, there are no lessons being actively given. I need to change my thinking and my approach.

While this may be obvious to most, it was not to me: grad school is about research and discovery. Thus, my new approach is one of self-driven enlightenment and absorption of the material. I think this is very accurate for most all grad school programs, but will hold especially true for my online classes in Buddhist Studies. :-)
